Hola amigos! Thank you, guys, for helping us out...a year ago! We toured schools etc. with your help and I am still maneuvering to get my youngest (15) into the school she liked so much in Heredida.

Any tips for part- or even full-time volunteer work for a teen (and her Mom), and the teen prefers animals? She is super-good at stuff. She actually washed the four walls of a room the other day without complaining.

If answers to questions would help, ask away!

I could scrape some money for getting there and back and being there, etc.

Would rather not drive, that's all.

Gracias! (And her Spanish is coming along....)

I just heard interesting information last night.  Sounds like often you have to pay to volunteer.
