Does anyone know of a shop in Vung Tau where I can buy a new out of the box laptop, Ive been to a couple of big shops and they have a lot of laptops but they are only selling the laptops that are on display meaning that they are started up and run every day which I would consider a used laptop, I want to buy a new never been used laptop, any suggestions of where to look would be appreciated.

For me, It would be worth the $10 rt bus ride to Saigon for a bigger selection. I am all about having choices.
