Fiancee Visa

Hi there! You need to use the UDI website for applying a fiancee visa. As per UDI requirement:
You need a divorce certificate or death certificate, if the applicant or the reference person has been married before. As a main rule the divorce should be registered in the same country as the marriage was entered into. Since we do not have divorce in our country, you must have the final decree of your annulment.

Print out the checklist and gather the necessary documents

Fill in your application

Go to the application form for family immigration on the Application Portal CLICK THIS Register as a new user this, pay the 8000NOK fee and book an appointment.

Hand in the application and documents in person

When handing in your documents on the checklist, please click this VFS Norwegian Visa Service Centre which represents the Norwegian embassy in Manila. The Visa Service Centre is located on the ground floor of the Ecoplaza Building, Don Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City. At this centre, you must have booked an appointment through the Application Portal.

You can also go to the VFS Norwegian Visa Service Centre in Cebu, the Philippines (external website, opens in new window). At this center, it is not necessary to book an appointment.
