Talk to your employer who sponsored you. To find out its fake or genuine you have to arrive in Maldives and go to Immigration 
Immigration will not entertain individuals on inquiries. Call your employer and ask them to send you the copy of your visa approval from Immigration. That should be enough when you arrive in Maldives.
