Does anyone know of a Vietnam bank that offers a USD denominated credit card? Pain in the butt to transfer USD wages into dong to pay off USD purchases made on VND visa. 2 FX transactions when none are necessary.
Must be a better way. Perhaps a bit better is transferring USD to a CAD credit card denominated in USD. Perhaps only Canada is allowed a USD credit card? Doubt that's the case as the offshore crowd would revolt in the streets.
Any advice?
