How do i go about moving to Namibia ?

Hi all
Thanks for the warm welcome.
My fiancé for 16years and I have decided it is time to move on.
We heard so much about the beautiful country and all it offers, that we decided it's time to make our move.
If not married will it be possible for us to move to Namibia?
I am a Senior Construction Safety Officer and she has her own crèche.
Will i find a job?
Do i first need a job, then apply to move to Namibia?

I own a hardware store in durban overport & recently we have been hit with a drought coupled with power loadsheddin. Is there a market for hardware stores in Namibia?  My children go to Islamic school's . Are there any?
We live in a crime ridden place . How's the crime there? We have electrical fences on our properties & we don't sleep without the alarm system activated . What is it like to live there?
