Replacement Birth Certificate

Hi all,

I was born in Swakopmund, Namibia (South West Africa at the time) in 1982.  My birth certificate has since been lost so I'm trying to procure a replacement.  The email contact for Home Affairs is not available on their website.  Has anyone else managed to get this done or have any advice?
