Hi,
I am wondering if anyone can recommend certain condo buildings over others in Rincon? This would be for a potential purchase, not rental.
Looking from afar I judge on the 'look' of a building, but of course have no idea if it is well kept, in good financial shape, well organized, etc. I'd love to know where to avoid or what the best buildings are.

Look at Los Almendros and Pelican Reef on Corsica beach on 429. There are lots of others on Corsica too.
