Expats in Hai Phong - how is life there compared to HCM?

Trying to be constructive rather than critical but why don't you post this on the Hai Phong forum.  Click /Vietnam/ on the You are here line above then look for the box with city names in it on the right side of the page.  Most of what I have read about Hai Phong is negative but you should hear it from those who live there.  Good luck.
