I am planning to move to Cambodia in November. I have visited both Siem Reap and Phnom Penh but only for a few short weeks. Seems like most of the members here already live in Phnom Penh and I hear little about Siem Reap or even other locations like Battambang, Sihanoukville, etc. but I am curious what everyone's opinion is of the two provinces ( Siem Reap/ Phnom Pehn) and if there is a preference over another and why. Thanks!
