How much does it cost to live comfortably in Loughborough?

I plan to live as a PhD student near Loughborough university. Here is how my budget is broken down:

-    Furnished student accommodation studio including electricity, gas, and internet bills: 500 £
-    Food (with once a day meal in an inexpensive restaurant): 425 £
-    Personal care and some traditional medication: 35 £
-    Books and printing (books would not be bought every month): 50 £
-    Miscellaneous (phone charge, laundry, ironing, etc): 50 £
-    Gym: 30 £

Total: 1090 £


I would appreciate any opinions or suggestions about such budget.
