I live with my husband in a flat at Cau Buou street (Thanh Tri District, Hanoi).

My flat has 2 bed rooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, a balcony and some furniture

We will not use this flat in 4 months from Dec-2010, and leave it for rent in that time.
Or
if anyone want to rent a room only, we will share an empty bed room. In this case, you can rent for all time.
