Pregnant Ladies in Paris?

Hello and Bonjour!
I was wondering if there were any mothers-to-be out there in Paris? I am 7 weeks pregnant and would really like to make some friends who are in a similar situation. It will be my first baby and all my family are back in the UK. It would be nice to make friends and provide each other with friendship and moral support!
