Anyone had their Wimax balance zapped when new portal was launched?

Hi all,
Just got back to Tripoli after a few weeks away and noticed that when I plugged in my Wimax router (after being off for 3 weeks), it no longer synchronises (flashing LED).

Went to check the balance at the wimax customer portal here LTT Ecare - and noticed that my balance for the Wimax is Zero (or at least it looks that way). They've also complete redesigned the website - looks much better, but the side effect of this change is p!ssing me off!

The monthly reset date was 18th so I should have 10G available.

Just wondered if anyone else was facing similar problems or knows of an English speaking number I can call instead of dragging myself down to Sigma at Green Square (where I bought the service). Unless of course someone has managed to put my user/password into their router - but they'd have to be an employee of LTT or Sigma to know the details.

as i saw..u must be able to use it since 18th sep...

No, it doesn't synchronise. I'm guessing that the bytes 0 is the reason why. Previously I used to check my balance regularly to see how much the TV streaming from UK was using and this number was dynamically adjusted on the portal.

I sent a message to LTT customer services but no reply yet :(

I'm going to go down to Sigma today to see what happened.
