my cousin has just been in oman for a month and he has not been provided the necessary benefits which was mentioned to him during the interview. he has not even taken his residence card yet, he has already got a nice offer from a petroleum company in muscat. so how to obtain the NOC and what is the procedure. should the employee get a hard copy or will it be submitted at the airport upon his exit. please clarify
