hi,
i did some fast research about your topic, i don't really undrrstand in this topic of yoga.
i think that yoga exists in lebanon in specialised centers but i don't think that it's reputated because of many reasons :
1) cost comparing to local salaries
2) the religions wich proibit theses activities, it's not the case in france because people are less involved in religion.
