I am a British Citizen, born and raised in London. One thing I never bothered to look into was the whole business of Visas. My question is simple, if I marry a woman who is not from the UK, how do I go about getting citizenship or PR for her. I couldn't find anything on the British embassy website.

After 5 years living with you in the UK on a spousal visa, she can apply for ILR = indefinite leave to remain = a permanent resident's visa.
Once she has that, she can apply for citizenship.
