Moving to the u.s

His  I hope you can help.   I was wanting a little info about working and living in the u.s and basically any advice you can give me.  My partner is Italian, and a chef,  we had our  restaurant for a white, but we had to give it up because the building was in bad shape. 

We would love to do it in the u.s,  but we obviously would need some info e.t.c to get started
