Information about importing regulation in Norway

I really need some information about importing regulation in Norway , Im living in Dubai and im gonna send a mobile phone which worth 3500 Krone to Oslo as a present gift ?!!? but i dont want my friend to pay any tax or extra money as it is suppose to be a gift ! do you have any idea if she is gonna face any problem for picking up or receiving the package ?!?!

There is a limit for the value of imported goods. The limit is higher for gifts than for commercial goods, but it is somewhere in the order of 25 Euros. Your friend will definitely have to pay tax if customs finds out you are sending a phone. I think the tax will be 25% of the phone's value plus some processing charges.
