job opportunities in Moshi?

I am currently a graduate student and law student looking to take a year off to gain some experience in the international development field. I have been to Moshi for an accumulated six months in the last two years and love it there. I am wondering if anyone knows of any job opportunities in Moshi or Arusha? Are they out there or is there little luck I would find anything? Advice/tips/anything would be appreciated! I would need to make enough to afford to live and take care of some expenses at home while gone.
