I am civil engineer and work as an assistant for project coordinator  and I have a master in QHSE .

I am interested to move to Erbil and I'll be thankful for helping me in the following :

could you please provide me with more details about Erbil  services  electricity  at hoses ,water , gas , methods for heating in winter ....etc 
-cost of living , average rent, recommended areas for living  & links or companies so that i could find a job.
