I am offered a Job in Ebril with a Iraqi company. Can any one tell me about the Security Issues? Cost of living? Monthly expenses for Foodstuff (indian food) ? Transportation? Entertainment?
Please help urgently as I have to give me a reply to the offer today itself.

Hey sadetali.
I am living in Dohuk and dont know much about Erbil but I wanted to contribute since you have limited time.
As far as I know Erbil is totally safe and Kurdish people are polite and helpful to foreigners.
Food is not cheap in northern iraq. A meal will cost you around 10$. I dont know whether there is an indian restourant in Erbil or not. Iraqi cousine is mostly about red meat. If you like red meat you will be fine.
I have no idea about transportation or entertainment in Erbil.
