Hello everybody.
Our little family thinking about movement to Slovenia, and we would like to know about usual way of long-time rent - is it possible to rent an apartment for a few months, maybe 3-4 but not for a full year?
It's better to live for a few months first to understand about what is going around to choose next location

Hi there,
yes it possible to rent an apartment just for a few months with some landlords, but mainly they would request paymet in advance.
In my opinion best locations to stay are small towns/villages around Ljubljana (Menges, Moravce etc) There you have your peace and quiet but still a big town with its malls and other infrastructure is very near by (25 - 25 km).
