Licensed k-6 elementary school teacher coming to Colombia.

Hello this is my first post..... Like the community of expats on this blog,  everybody is helpful.

I am posting this here because I want to move to Colombia.  Bogota, Medellin or Cali,  all are great places that I visited last year,  I know about the international schools, but am more open to being independent.  Working for an institution and doing private ESL lessons are all good to make contacts and meet people.  I am keen on teaching and tutoring children studying in these international schools.  Even provide home schooling services. 

Most likely gonna get the cedula extranjero and show the $25k in the  bank account.  My question is:

If I wanted to search for school aged children to teach, homeschool or tutor which websites do the locals use? Will a newspaper ad suffice?  Maybe teaching executives and networking might get me access to their kids to teach etc.
