Would you like to be a teacher in my hometown??

Hello everybody !!!! I am an English teacher for some English centres and an international school in HCMC. I am looking for English teachers who have the same ideas as mine. the biggest Vietnamese casino is being built along the road to the sun-drenched and sandy beach, Ho Tram in my hometown, so the demand for learning English has been increasing dramatically. The number of English teachers is in shortage while the Casino needs large quantities of employees who have communication skill. I have some relatives working as English teachers. We are thinking about an English centre by renting a building or working in my grandparents' house. Many high-income parents in my hometown who want to invest their children by sending them in an active and innovative learning environment with both Vietnamese and foreign teachers but they do not have chance to do so.
My hometown is worthy of invention, especially education. It is developing very fast and many families have high living-standards.
If you are tired from living in such a polluted city or interested in my ideas, plz contact me.

For people who don't know where Ho Tram is, go to Vung Tau, hang a left at the beach facing the East Sea and then drive north.

To get to Vung Tau go to Xa Lo Ha Noi, go out to the Dong Nai Bridge (hard to miss with two parallel spans). After crossing the bridge there is a huge roundabout (circular road arrangement).

Exit on to Quoc lo 51 and keep on driving - it terminates in Vung Tau.

Or take the ferry.

Worth visiting Ho Tram, before they screw it up with 'improvements'.

I was totally surprised. Just go to google and search Ho Tram and be shocked that this will be where they are developing the 'biggest tourist resort in Vietnam' as claimed. But how to get there to gamble? What about the travel facilities and infrastructure ? You think it's that easy to attract people to go somewhere in middle of nowhere to relax and spend? Unless there are solutions maybe via the waterways in the future and maybe build a small airport?

It is a multi Billion project, and this is only the beginning. You have seen Genting in Malaysia and Sentosa in Singapore. When Genting started, there was even a helicopter shuttle service. One of the longest cable car in SEA was built. There are numerous buses going to resort every hour. In 20 years, it made the owner the top ten richest man in Malaysia.

This will be a mini Sandz and the place will be swamped by the new rich Chinese from across the border!
The Chinese are already the high rollers in Singapore. The owners and management of the Resorts are from the USA. Hopefully, the locals can scrap up a better standard of living and spread that to their relatives throughout the land - socialist distribution system.
USD1B investment can do a great deal for infra structure if used wisely. The workforce need not be highly educated or skilled in this industry which suits Vietnam well.
The operators had done their homework and won't gamble on their investments.

Hey
Just wondering what sort of credentials your looking for?
When do you need the position filled?
And what about housing/salary?

Thanks,
Mere
