Teaching salary

Hi!
I am a Montessori teacher and I have recentely applied for a position in Cayman island.
I own a master degree, a Montessori diploma, a school manament corse  and 7 years of teaching experience.
I have been asked my salary expectations but I could not find any info regarding teaching salaries in Cayman island.
I have asked them to come up with a base salary for figure and they willed but I definately need to know much I should get ( including benefits)  for a successful negotiation.
Can anyone help , please?
