Advice please

My hubby and I are thinking about moving to South America (Honduras probably) and wondered if anyone could give us some info on what life is like there, or anywhere else in South America for that matter so that we can consider our options. I would love to hear your comments and stories (good and bad).

Before we came to China I did a lot of research into it. After taking into account all the good and bad things people had to say about their personnel experiences we decided to take the plunge and see for ourselves, but at least we were fully armed with info on what to expect... though it has to be said that even after 3yrs here we still get surprised sometimes.
