Getting a D-7 Visa

Hi everyone my name is Antoine, I am new to this forum.

I am currently trying to obtain a D-7 visa (worker dispatched by his company in Korea). Has anyone in this forum already applied for such visa type? Which problems did you face?

For myself I am currently struggling with a requirement that says the employee has to have worked for at least a year at the headquarter of the company whose dispatching him. Unfortunately that's not my case as I have been recruited especially for this mission in South korea. Could anyone confirm about this requirement or tell me how they could get around it if some of you have already successfully obtained a D-7 visa? Also any other information on this visa or possible alternative would be greatly appreciated.
