Well there's Viber they can download VIA internet on mobile it doesn't cost anything an can call pretty much anywhere in the world this is what i use when calling OR Texting my family N friends in uk.... then there's skype this is also free for calling but again you need internet on computer or it can also be downloaded via internet on mobile hope this helps:)
