Can a foreigner take the driving test in Poland?
What are the formalities to get a driver's licence in Poland?
Do you need special or extra documents being an expatriate?
How much does it cost?

Ask in Wojewódzki Ośrodek Ruchu Drogowego (WORD) nearest to your city. Or e-mail them word.waw.pl/index.php, exam is around 150-300zł I do not remember it was so long ago haha 
But driving lessons cost more than 1000zł on top of that.

Hi Armand,
I'm afraid the driving lessons (which as far as I know are obligatory) will be around 2000 PLN rather. Especially if you are not polish speaker.
