the property consists of a modern kitchen, a good sized dining room,
2 good sized bedrooms and a lovely modern bathroom with toilet, double sink and bath/shower.
there is a lovely garden room which has doors opening out onto a small, beautfully landscaped garden, with an outdoor barbecue and enough room for a large table and chairs and sun loungers. great size and very peaceful which is an added bonus in the centre of a town.
good sized garage which is rare for the centre of carcassonne.

5 minutes walk from the bus/train station so great for commuters.. 2 minutes walk from the main shopping street and the markets. 5 minute drive to the main supermarkets.
1hour from narbonne and 20minutes from carcassonne plage.
