Hi everyone,

I'm a 24 year old and relatively new to Istanbul. I'm looking to network a little bit. I have a couple friends here, but they aren't much into night life. I've been hanging out in Taksim quite a lot, and I love wandering from bar to bar until I find something interesting. I have a strong sense of adventure--I love urban and wilderness exploration. I enjoy current events. Music is also a huge passion of mine. If you're interested in hanging out and discovering the Istanbul not covered in tour guides then give me a shout!

Great! There's a bunch of us here into the same stuff. We actually had a party last night (https://www.expat.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=142932) and my friends and I usually meet every weekend.

yes, another pub-crawler! Mo's right, there's a few like-minded people around. A few of us will be heading out to a few bars on Saturday night (Taksim area). Mo, you fancy going too?

My phone contract still hasn't been paid for so although I can receive calls I can't make any, but night's out can still be organised
