Dual Citizen UK/USA and your experiences

Hi All,

I am planning on moving to London to finish my studies hopefully finding a job to help me through my journey as well. I have applied recently for my British passport because I hold Dual Citizenship. I am 25 years old and wanted to know if anyone with my current situation can share there experiences. Living in London, student life, and how is the job hunting there currently? Anything will really help and I would greatly appreciate it.

Hiya,

I also have dual US/UK citizenship and have been living in London for about 2.5 years. I'm 25 as well, but came to work after I finished studying.

Job market right now is a bit rough, but of course it depends on what you want to do. Check out the Guardian jobs site. I've found my last few jobs on Gumtee, but usually it's not the greatest place to look.

Living here is an incredible experience - always full of events, lots of culture and people from all over the world. There are some amazing pubs/clubs/bookshops/markets/restaurants, etc...
