What advice would you give to those looking for shared accommodation in Ahmedabad?

Hello All,

Sharing a flat in Mumbai is quite common but in Ahmedabad it is not very common , though not rare also.

The best way to find a flat / shared flat is to give advertisement (called classifieds and TACHUKADI in Gujarati, the local language) in local newspapers that is Divya Bhaskar ( Gujarati), Gujarat Samachar (Gujarati), Sandesh ( Gujarati) and Times of India ( English). It will cost only approx INR 500 (USD 10) to give ad in all these papers for one day.

Other than this a person can use the services of quikr.com and JUSTDIAL (8888888888, that is 10 times 8).
