Hello Julie!
Usually Albanians are very traditional when it comes to their job so i suggest you to wear as normal as you can.
You don't need to talk too much , just answer what is requested you to say.
When u talk try to keep eye contact because Albanians are very particular when it comes to those kinds of things.
