I need some good tax advice - cananyone help??????

:)
I will be working in Hungary very soon.

I will be paid via a UK Agency who will be paid by my Employer (indirect).

I know the tax regime in Hungary is extortionate!!!!!!

I'm a UK resident and will complete a P85 and be non-resident in the Uk for tax purposes.

I want to know the best way to arrange myself so as I pay sufficient tax in Hungary (as I will be there for more than 183 days and as such will be deemed resident ofr tax purposes.)

I know I have to have a Ltd company but I'm not sure where to have it or where to or how to pay myself.

I could set up such a company in I.O.M, UK or even hungary but the tax issues are complex for me, being new to this method of employment. Do you guys have any ideas or know of any consultants who could help me!!!!!!!!!
