looking for apartment/flat long term

Hi all,

I m looking for apartment in Kilimani, Kileleswa or Westland.
1-2Br, we are a couple.
Furnished, at least the main equipments. Long term, 1 year minimum.
price 30-40K month
the best should be to have garden, never say never ;))

any suggestion?

To be honest with you, for those areas, I think that you need to at least double your budget for an unfurnished apartment.  A furnished apartment - cheapest that I have seen is Batians Peak in Kilimani/Hurlingham, which start at Kes 120k per month - there may be others if you do a thorough search on the net, or perhaps others may be able to assist.

I agree with longonot,you just need to double your budget for unfurnished apartment 2bedroom,or triple it for a fully furnished two bedroom
