Return Ticket from Lisbon

Hi!

My attorney is telling me I have to show a purchased return ticket from Lisbon after the 4 months are up on the D7 Visa. She says I should buy a refundable ticket to show them. She says it's based on the question on the application that asks the arrival and departure date to Lisbon (#27). Has anyone in the VSF centers (especially DC) had to show one. Thanks!
