Slow service from Notary

It''s nearly three months since I had my meeting with the notary for the sale of my flat in Marrakesh. Despite getting my agent to chase them - he confirmed a couple of weeks ago - that all issues are sorted there is still no sign of my money. I have proof from my bank in Morocco that I invested the sums to buy the flat in sterling via a convertible bank account and that's where they said the money should go but nothing has appeared and getting no communication from the Notary despite emails. Is this normal? Should I be worried? What can I do?
