I found property finder, but no reliable agents get back to me. Anyone know a company that is reliable to rent long term through?

Is PALMS a nice compound?

I am single, looking for a swimmable pool, gym if possible, and really a roof top LARGE STUDIO or 1 bed. I don't need tons of space. Just lots of LIGHT!!!

Any good advice is appreciated y'all.

Budge is not an issue.
