I am thinking of investing in a pre-construction Condo in Piantini. Where do you start to get some real expertise with so many construction projects? I also noticed that anyone without a license is a real estate agent here. Most of them can hardly explain the benefits of the project they're promoting.
The future seems promising so far but how to find an experience broker to invest in the right project and avoid the scams or high-risk proposals?
Any suggestion would be great. Many thanks in advance.
