Advice on Real Estate Lawyers

Hi All!


I am looking to (FINALLY) pull the trigger on building a home in the DR... Sosua to be exact! I am looking for some direction on a good lawyer (I think!) that can help with surveying land and getting property ready to develop. Any recommendations? Guidance? Experiences to share?

I used Guido Perdomo and my transaction went super smooth.  He is located in El Batey, Sosua.  His office is on the second floor in "Perdomo Plaza".  It's in Pedro Clisante a block from Banco Santa Cruz and Super Super liquor.  Good luck and lmk how it goes.
