years ago i went on a weekend field trip excursion in sg with a friend who is a regular member of the above travel/social club call by the name "max hatter" or mad hatter, or somesuch. i believe it is a UK base group for expat in vn. it used to be where you can access their website in vn. does anyone on here know of these organization, and what happen to them. i believe they have a chapter in hcmc, and one in ha noi.
