hello - I am wondering if anyone knows where one can subject service done? My wife will be requested by Canada Immigration to have this done and I'm not sure if they will specific where to go i.e. - as in going to the Embassy or Consulate. When this is requested, I'll likely be in Canada for at least 10 to 12 weeks perhaps longer if my last surgery is arranged while there. If lucky and she gets her Tourist VISA she may be in Canada so there will beno issue. However, I'd still like to be prepared/know before I leave in early Jan. Thanks.....

My wife just had this done for her US Visa. At the VAC. I'm sure Canada has something similar.
