A full inspection of the property will be required to determine the extent of the degradation and what cleaning is required.
There are several things to consider.
- Does the property have heritage status?
- Are there any repairs to the stone that need to be done before?
- Depending on the "dirt" which can be staining from metal, mold, pollutants etc the process would be different.
- Are the walls crumbling, ie. creating dust or flaking?
- Is the property located near water, as an example, is it located in the 3-Cities?
