@aurincdisla Hi! Do you have references/citations to the laws you mentioned?

aurincdisla

@snowinpalm hi yes! I don’t believe the platform allows for me to post links so I can share the exact source for this information. The governmental agency that oversees this matters offers an entire investment guide with all the current information and resources for foreign investors not specific to real state but all, life free zone, renewable energy, the fully industry etc. I will try to post the pick of the manual with this repose and see if it’s accepted.

Try to google MITUR is the acronym for the agency or “Pro Dominican”, the guide is titled “Investment Guide Dominican Republic”.

Thank you for taking the time to ask!

Yes providing useful information is great. You can post govt links but not links to your business directly.

You are doing fine!

@snowinpalm where can I find a copy of your book? What is the title? Here are the decrees/laws pertaining to my post:

  • Decree 950-01
  • Law 146-00
  • Law 168-67

Not sure what sources you found for your book but primary source is always best. Laws can change so it’s always best to go with the latest law/decree as your source.

Hope this helps.

It's on Amazon.
