I'm thinking of buying a house in the Limburg area for 250,000 Euro and need help figuring out what the annual property tax would be.

The ANNUAL property tax is typically very low, maximum a few hundred Euro.
You will pay more in other fees, like garbage, road cleaning, etc.
And,you willpay FAR more in property purchase tax and registration fees, which are charged one time after you buy the property. Budget 10 - 15% of the purchase price for this (depending on the location and whether an agent was involved).
