Is there any benefiy for expatriates for taking ewa in bahrain's otner name?? Baladiya and Ewa is less wen u rent a flat it seems if its in owner's name.. Isnt it?

If owner is Bahraini and has only one property (which you are renting) then EWA bill will be very low compared to what expats pay if the meter is under their name.
Municipality, there is zero effect. If you register the lease (for CPR), you will pay the same fees........irrespective of whose name EWA is under.
