EP holders were not required to do a medical check-up?

Any Singapore EP holders were not required to do a medical check-up?

And where you come from? Thanks

Hello gotosingapore,

Welcome to Expat.com  1f601.svg

Correct me if I am wrong. So you want to get in touch with EP holders who were not asked to do medical check-ups?

I am asking you again just to make sure it is clear enough for other members.

Best of luck,

Good question, would also like to know this.

Look forward to responses!

thanks!

EP here no medical required even on the renewal

@zk3494

Hi, did you have a medical check up with Employment Pass application, when you first arrived in Singapore?

Please let me know.

Which year did you arrive in Sg?

thanks!

Been EP since 2016

left SG 2019

came back SG 2022

renewed 2024

all no medical required.

@zk3494

Many thanks for your response.

So this means the medical check is not required for all EP holders.

Not required for some maybe due to the type of work you do?

Or perhaps nationality?

Unless medical check is perhaps a new requirement for EP introduced in 2023?

So I assume your IPA Letter in 2022 did not mention any medical check?

Did you have to sign a Declaration though for health?

Appreciate your clarifying, as this is somewhat of a mystery to many EP applicants.

Thank you very much!!
