There's nowhere to hide!

We'll be starting our rounds of the HU relatives tomorrow.

It's one of the prices we have to pay for being here in HU society.

I know it's grinch-like but I find it tiresome to sit in overheated stuffy houses/places, not having any decent Internet and limited conversation while constantly being pushed to drink palinka and eat sugary puddings - i no longer drink and sugary stuff is out of the question.

I'll stop there otherwise I'll be ranting!  I'll have to take the dog out despite it being horribly foggy - it's a way to get away from it all.

Oh and it's a work day today.  Xmas Day etc falls at the weekend.  So it's almost not like it's there anyway.  it's a normal day off except the shops are closed.

Or Unicum!   I used to pretend I thought it was OK to drink it.

But really I think one should rub it on one's chest if having a cold.
